ECC is experienced in the development of broadband programs for municipal and “for-profit” customers with 20 years of success in the business.

The ECC team has established and operated a number of successful for-profit and not-for-profit broadband companies that are currently in operation and self-sustaining. ECC has gained national recognition as a best practice company for our work in rural areas as well as several successful projects in Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) of more than 1 million people.

Progressive communities look to become globally competitive, draw new businesses into their communities, generate jobs, and improve their quality of life by enabling the availability of enhanced services. 十大老品牌网赌 applies a proven methodical approach to leverage broadband services in all of its various forms to address each of these issues.

十大老品牌网赌 institutes various approaches to gathering information on assessing local broadband and telecommunications markets, (telecommunication services, availability, and pricing related information, and even supporting infrastructure). These approaches include purchasing information from national telecommunication industry researchers, performing Internet research, sampling, and data mining, conducting user needs assessments, and service provider meetings. Our aim in any assessment is to provide our clients with an accurate picture of their territory.

Beyond assessing a municipality’s current infrastructure, a key component to moving communities forward in the 21st century is knowing how to fill in the missing pieces of a region’s specific broadband puzzle. ECC is an expert in the field of evaluating a community’s needs, identifying gaps, and developing a path forward. Through business plans and financial modeling, ECC works to help our clients reach their goals.

Our finished products lead to the development of initiatives that are funded by public and private entities and often used to support grant request programs. At ECC we make it a priority to stay on top of all state and federal grant opportunities available to our clients. Our ability to understand the critical components needed to support community broadband development has resulted in over $2.5 billion of private investment in our not-for-profit projects and the establishment of public/private partnerships retaining, creating, and attracting hundreds of jobs.
